For more than 20 years, Fineman A/S has sold quality goods. Unfortunately, even the best products sometimes break.

If you have a defective product purchased from Fineman A/S please contact our Returns department to obtain an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the package when submitted to us.

General rules for RMA

Returns are not accepted without prior agreement with Fineman A/S. The return of products that are defective upon arrival (DOA) or that you have mistakenly received can be made with full credit of invoice, as long as the products are returned within 30 days.

When returning non-defective products, the following prerequisites must be met:

  • The product is purchased from Fineman A/S within the last 5 working days.
  • The product is in the original packaging and fully sellable condition.
  • Do not affix tape on the packaging or write on it.

Approved non-defective products are credited at the current daily price, with a deduction of 15%. Any handling fees are not credited.

In order to offer you the best possible service in terms of proper and quick return or exchange of products, please follow this procedure:

  1. Contact our helpdesk at Support@fineman.dk to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package in such a way that it is visible and clearly legible.
  3. Send the product to: Fineman A/S, Walgerholm 11, 3500 Værløse, Denmark
  4. The product must be received by Fineman A/S no later than 14 days after you obtained the RMA number.

Failure to meet these guidelines could void your right to return the product.

Furthermore, it is important that all complaints concerning delivery, price, etc., occurs immediately after receipt of the product/invoice. Fineman A/S refuses to receive packets that are not returned properly.
